Update: MTC4PU V0.3 funktioniert.
V0.4 konnte ich nicht dazu bringen, dass er sich zu WiFi verbindet.
Im entsprechenden Forum sind wir an dem Problem dran.
Das nur als Info, da eigentlich Off hier.
Svens FW funktioniert per Z21 App tadellos und das war eigentlich mein Anliegen.
Rocrail/MQTT werde ich noch irgendwann ausprobieren - aber erst irgendwann später, denn zZ. habe ich viel anderes zu tun...

melde dich einfach, dann können wir die Config-Datei mal durchsprechen.

Im Prinzip musst du aber nur in der Cfg-Bereich folgendes hinzufügen:

Er sucht dann über Broadcasts nach der RocRail Instanz.

Und ja, Rocrail + "simulierte z21" Instanz sollte gehen.

Wobei ich da etwas die Sinnfrage stellen würde, da du auch die Wlan-Maus und Co direkt mit Rocrail koppeln kannst. Was ich dann für den einfacheren Weg halten würde.

Wobei ... Wenn du ihn mal über die App oder mal über RocRail steuern willst, wäre dies sogar ein durchaus sinnvoller Weg.

Genauso ist es - ich möchte es abwechselnd mal mit der Z21 App, mal mit Rocrail steuern.

Zur Zeit habe ich zwei ESP32-s, eins mit "Mattzo" und eins mit "Sven", und ich nehme sie abwechselnd, um mit Rocrail automatisch oder mit der Z21 App händisch zu steuern.

Eine dritte ESP (nicht 32) mit "Sven PWM" sitzt im Krokodil mit der L9110, da jene Lok keine PU hat.

Ich baue jetzt einen Geisterwagen mit PU, da kann ich dann alles mit einem Kontroller fahren, mit der ergänzten Config.

Ich muss nur noch herausfinden, wie ich das Netz aufbaue, denn Rocrail/MQTT sitzt im Heimnetz 10.0.0.x und der ESP32 hat ja 192.168.0.111. Wie bringe ich den ESP dazu, gleichzeitig AP im 192... für die Z21 App und Client im 10.... für Rocrail/MQTT zu sein?

In dem einen Fall stellt der EP32 den Access Point.
Wie sieht es in dem zweiten Fall aus? Nutzt du dort einen anderen Access Point?

Ja, und genau das ist ja mein Problem.

Das Mattzo System hängt sich ein ins Heimnetz, mit 10.0.0.x DHCP.
Der Router ist 10.0.0.138 und DHCP Server (bis 10.0.0.99 liefert er aus).
Auf 10.0.0.12 ist das Linux PC als Rocrail Server und MQTT Server.
Mattzo ESP bootet und connectet darauf als Client, egal ob ESP (für Sensoren, Weichen, PWM-Motoren) oder ESP32 (für BT-PU Devices).

Die Sven Systeme habe ich bisher immer autonom benutzt, unabhängig vom Heimnetz, mit 192.168.0.111 als ESP AP und das Handy mit der Z21 App (oder die WlanMaus) hat sich als von dort "holende" DHCP-Client dort ins jene SSID hinkonnektiert.

Aber in einem Netz können normalerweise keine 2 APs (und DHCPs) koexistieren.

Kann das Svenboard als Heimnetz Client/Member gebootet werden, so dass er kein eigenes Netz aufspannt und AP mit 192.168.0.111 aufmacht, sondern sich entweder vom 10er Netz eine Adresse holt, oder eben noch besser eine fixe 10.0.0.100 zB. bekommt, und damit als Client/Member im 10-er Netz fungiert? Irgendwie habe ich das Gefühl, dass es gehen muss, aber ich sehe eben nicht durch die wirklich mannigfaltigen Möglichkeiten deines SW durch.

Denn im letzten Fall kann er sich vom Handy (das dann ebenfalls ein Teil des 10er-Netzes ist) die Z21-Befehle holen (Z21 App muss natürlich entsprechend mit 10.0.0.200 als "Z21 Zentrale" konfiguriert werden), und vom 10.0.0.12 (Rocrail/MQTT Server) parallel oder abwechselnd oder wie auch immer die MQTT Befehle holen. So stelle ich mir das jedenfalls vor.

(Dass der ESP in diesem Fall über den Router auch im Internet hängt, sehe ich nicht wirklich als Problem an.)

Aber das Modul konnektierte sich nicht zu MQTT, daher bekommt es auch nichts von dort.


Nun weiß ich nicht, was ich tun kann, due hast sicher eine Idee?

Den fehlenden Eintrag rocnetovermqtt habe ich eingetragen.
Klar, dass es ohne dem nicht gehen kann, aber in deiner jetzigen Config Stub war es nicht drin, und ich habe deinen vorigen Beitrag irgendwie vergessen. Sorry.

Die Z21 App kann sich zum Modul hinkonnekten, es ist oben rechts dann grün angehakt.
"Regler" Schieber bewegt sich auch.
(Wenn das Modul nicht an ist, bleibt es oben rechts rot ausgekreuzt.)

Ob es auch korrekt funktioniert mit Loksteuerung per Z21 App, weiß ich nicht, da ich zZ. gerade wieder keinen Lego Hub da habe, aber ich nehme es stark an, denn mit dem anderen Sven-Exemplar hat es funktioniert (siehe ein Paar Beiträge weiter oben) und da hat sich eigentlich nichts geändert.

Ich werde es aber natürlich testen, in dem Moment, wo der neue Hub da ist.

Aber das Modul konnektiert sich anscheinend weiterhin nicht zu MQTT, und bekommt es auch nichts von dort, wenn ich die Lok mit der Adresse 3002 in Rocrail ansteuere. Mosquitto zeigt, dass die Rocrail Befehle ins MQTT herausgehen, aber das "Svenmodul" ignoriert es - bzw "sagt" nichts darüber.

Putty Log hat sich etwas geändert, es sind neue Errors (eigentlich nur eines, aber öfter) drin:

Ach so, im Browser gibt es in diesem FW gar keine "Control" Screen mehr, da ist das Fenster leer (ich weiß du sagtest den soll ich nicht verwenden weil er in der letzten Zeit "vernachlässigt" wurde. Brauche ich auch nicht, fiel mir nur auf als ich im Browser herumgeklickt habe.)

Also viel hat sich vorerst nicht geändert - ich nahm an, dass im Putty Log irgendwelche Spuren des MQTT Verkehrs sichtbar wären (auch wenn er es dem BT Hub nicht weitergeben kann).

Wie kann ich folgen, ob er zum MQTT Server sich verbindet?
Müsste er das nicht irgendwie loggen?
Oder braucht er die Verbindung zum BT Hub dazu?

Meine Frage mit dem Namen hast du vielleicht übersehen: könnte man dem Modul irgendwie in der Config oder sonstwie, einen Namen verpassen?
